Elmwood Sixth Form case study
Prospectus design and print for the September admissions cycle
Campus and staff photography across five sites, refreshed every term
Meridian MAT is a growing trust of five schools, and its websites, prospectuses and social channels were running on photos that were years out of date, taken by different people in different styles. Some showed staff who had long since left. We set up a termly photography programme across all five sites, with one consistent look, full usage rights and a shared library that every school office can search in seconds.
Services
The schools range from a Victorian primary to a new-build secondary, so a single style guide mattered. We agreed a light, natural approach with the trust: real lessons rather than posed groups, daylight wherever possible and portraits taken where staff actually work. Each term we spend a day at each site, following a shot list agreed with the head in advance, so we capture what is coming up rather than what happened last year.
Every school sends us its photo consent list before the shoot day, and we check it again with the class teacher that morning. Pupils without consent are never framed in a way that could identify them, and we remove any image that slips through before the gallery reaches the school. Staff see and approve their own portraits before they are used anywhere public.
